  • As writers, our search histories could land us in As writers, our search histories could land us in a world of trouble. I've had to research the differences between dynamite and TnT and what it smells like after TnT explodes. And I'm a romance writer! I can't even imagine what suspense and mystery writers deal with.

So, what is the weirdest thing you've researched for a book? Or maybe the thing that could get you in the most trouble if people didn't know you are a writer?

Sunday was Best Friends Day. So, I have a special Sunday was Best Friends Day. So, I have a special Trivia Tuesday for you and your bestie to play. Who do you think would get more answers correct, you or your bestie?

I'll be completely honest. I don't know that I could answer many of those questions for anyone but my husband, and I might even miss a couple for him!

While we're talking best friends, I'm getting closer to the release of Hope Even After. (not the real cover pictured). Daisy Taylor and Bekah North have been BFF's since, well, forever. But if one thing can tear apart their friendship, it's going to be Luke Masters. Just not the way you might think.

And because today is National Iced Tea Day, I figured I'd show you a close representation of the Communi-TEA Barn, where the owner, Daisy, will fix you up with an iced glass of your favorite flavor tea or Bekah will teach you a new crafting technique in the upstairs loft.

I think Talia has the right idea. There's always t I think Talia has the right idea. There's always time for a trip to the bookstore.
What's the name of your favorite bookstore?

The only one we have in my town is a Barnes & Noble. But just this year, a Christian bookstore, The Next Chapter, opened about an hour away. I can finally buy my books and support a small business rather than buying them online.
