🐼Five of my favorite animals (though you get a bonus with the emoji because I love pandas too!)
🎥Five of my favorite movies (you can learn a lot from a person’s favorite movies)

Do any of our favorites match? What are your fives? I’d love to learn more about you!

But they can turn into procrastination and excuses to make ourselves feel better about not doing what we’re supposed to be doing.

Some of my distractions are ways to help recharge my creativity. Some help me unwind and reset. And as long as I don’t let them sideline me indefinitely, without boundaries, they can help me be my most creative and productive.

When you need a break, what activities do you turn to?
